The challenge & the solution.
Classic Shoe Repairs, a London-based luxury shoe, bag and leather goods repair specialist established in 1963, needed a completely new website that reflected the quality of their craftsmanship. They also required a bespoke web application to modernise how they send quotes and collect payments from customers --- replacing phone-based card payments with a secure, branded digital experience.
We designed and developed a fully bespoke WordPress website featuring a services listing with 15+ individual service pages, a filterable case studies portfolio, trade partnerships page, multi-step service enquiry form with photo uploads, integrated Google Reviews feed showing only 5-star reviews, Instagram feed, brand logo carousel, and a comprehensive FAQ section. Following the website launch, we built a separate bespoke CRM web application using Stripe and PayPal (including Apple Pay and Google Pay) that allows the team to send branded quote and payment links to customers via email, with automated payment confirmations.
