Classic Shoe Repairs, one of London’s leading luxury shoe and leather repair specialists, needed a new website to better reflect the quality of its craftsmanship. The existing digital experience also needed to make its wide range of services easier to explore. In addition, customers needed a clearer journey for requesting quotes and booking repairs.
We designed and developed a bespoke WordPress website that puts Classic Shoe Repairs’ craftsmanship and services at the forefront. Clear service pages and case studies make it easier for customers to explore their work and request a repair. We also created a custom CRM to manage enquiries, quotes and payments more efficiently. As a result, the website and internal system work together to provide a smoother experience for both customers and the team.
