The challenge & the solution.
The Church of England Pensions Board needed a bespoke retirement lifestyle planning tool to guide members through a multi-stage decision tree. The tool also needed to calculate personalised spending projections across three living standards: minimum, moderate and comfortable. In addition, each user needed to receive tailored results based on their choices. The complete experience had to be built as a pixel-perfect WordPress site from designs supplied by Wardour.
We developed a fully bespoke WordPress website with a multi-stage decision tree and progress tracking. Users can move through seven lifestyle categories using interactive sliders, while custom calculation logic generates personalised retirement spending projections. In addition, we created a pensions and savings calculator with conditional messaging based on each user's inputs. The experience is fully responsive and retina-ready across devices. Finally, we implemented performance optimisation, firewall security and Google Analytics tracking.
