01Are you based in London?
Yes - we are a London-based team and have been building WordPress websites for London businesses (and clients further afield) since 2011. We meet in person when it helps, and work remotely with clients across the UK and internationally.
02Do you only work with London clients?
No. Our roots and studio are in London, but roughly half our clients are outside the UK. Being in London means we're in a friendly timezone for the UK, EU and East-Coast US.
03Do you use page builders like Elementor or Divi?
No. Every WordPress site we build is hand-coded from scratch. Page builders create bloat, hurt Core Web Vitals and lock you in - we ship clean, maintainable code and a Gutenberg editing experience your team will actually enjoy using.
04Can you take over an existing WordPress site?
Yes. A large part of our work is inheriting existing WordPress sites - auditing them, hardening security, fixing performance and then either maintaining them long-term or rebuilding what needs rebuilding.
05How much does a custom WordPress project cost?
Most bespoke WordPress projects with us land between £8k and £40k depending on scope, integrations and e-commerce needs. We send a fixed proposal after the discovery call so there are no surprises.
06Do you offer ongoing support after launch?
Yes. All new builds include 30 days of post-launch monitoring, and most clients continue on a monthly support plan for updates, backups, security and small improvements.
