Why do I need this?
Websites frequently need updating, adding to, traffic reporting or general maintenance. Whilst organisations sometimes carry out non-technical work inhouse, a little knowledge is often dangerous and can do more harm than good.
Your visitors spot the DIY website work from a mile off and it can really harm your brand. We all know what it's like, you land on a website which is clearly run inhouse and it just doesn't have that professional look and feel to it.
Also at times technical issues arise, affecting the functioning and performance of your website. What would it cost your business if your website went down or wasn't working correctly? This leads on to my favourite question - you keep website backups, right?
Leave it to me and have peace of mind that a professional is handling everything for you.Get some support

Once I understand the level of support you need (how much, how often, how difficult etc.) we agree on a rolling monthly fee - cancel anytime. The support can include both non-technical and technical support and additional services.
Support hours are paid in advance and then used up over time, as and when you need help. They can be used for all sorts of non-technical and technical support. Once they've all been used up, you simply buy another batch when required.
