At the end of the article they make a reference to how their cafe is dog friendly and all dogs get a free bowl of water when their owners bring them in.
In the above example, the article directly benefits the cafe’s search engine optimisation on their website, because when somebody then Googles ‘dog friendly cafes in London’ this article will likely be returned in the search results. The person searching then clicks on the article and is directed to the website as new visitor. The visitor is potentially a new customer as they were searching for something quite specific and the related article which was returned is relevant to this search. If the cafe hadn’t had the article written and added to the website then they may have missed the opportunity to attract this target market.
